This program contains more than 300 activities to help 4-year-olds explore their environment and build the foundation for learning to read and write. Includes colors, shapes, visual discrimination, opposites, directional concepts, classification, sequencing, seasons, phonemic awareness, letter names and sounds, counting 1 to 10 and back. Several new songs teach shapes, colors, alphabet, numbers, counting to 10, counting backwards and the concept of zero (on both cassette and CD). Kit includes a teachers manual full of suggestions for correlated arts and crarts, poems, songs, games and a bibliography of recommended read-aloud stories and books. Also includes 112 activity sheets, Alph-O Card game, number/letter line, laminated Jolly Trolley and Alphabet placemats, clock with moving hour hand, shoe with shoelace, a set of A-Z letter Puzzles and counting sticks.
